cigar box guitars/ukuleles
what did we do?
Unlike other projects we've done in mysics, for this project, we all got to choose our own partners rather than have Scott, our teacher, choose for us.
Together, Cassie, my partner, and I chose a cigar box that our teacher had supplied and a piece of wood for the neck and got down to business.
Some of the steps for making our guitar included drilling holes into the neck for the tuners, sawing little ruts into the neck for the frets, and cutting out holes in the box for the neck piece to fit through. We also had to tie our strings onto the guitar and lather the box in wood-finish.

After we finished our guitars or ukuleles, we went onto our school's macs and edited a song with GarageBand that included a rift of our instrument.

Exhibition: Prezi
For exhibition, we had to compile all of our photos, work, and information into one presentation. Below is a link to our Prezi presentation.
Exhibition: visualiser
We had to make a visualizer using Adobe After Effects. We exported each track from GarageBand and set it to play along with our song. Here is the finishing product.
